How Microsoft has impacted your life and how you plan to bring a change to the society being a Microsoft Student Associate?

Well everything around me that I can say “Technology” was built by Microsoft. Everything that I used, and everything that I operated was a Microsoft Product and even now, I’m using one of the Microsoft’s product(Microsoft word 2010)  to write down this article.

It all begun in 2005, when I first got access to a computer built using the Microsoft technology. Before that I just had a few interaction with computers in my school lab and I always use Turtle Moving and Drawing Commands.MS paint was like my favorite thing when I was about 10.Every day I get back home throw my bag open up xp and look for paint straight away like we use scrap book now a days.

After sometime I started doing some experiments on my computer. Since this computer was built using the Microsoft technology, so I was keen to know about the Microsoft and about their more products. It was fascinating and it should be for a beginner because I typed few commands and got output. And after complete 9 years, I’m here doing B.Tech in Computer Science, walking on the path to complete my dreams of becoming a Computer scientist.I now a days am working on c# such that I could contribute something to Microsoft.I know Microsoft is very vast and without my contribution Microsoft will still exist. So I want to join this student program not only to give some small contributions but also to enhance my own knowledge.
I have a very selfish hobby of developing an operating system same as Microsoft’s windows 8 with tiles flying all over the screen. Notification popping up after every 10 seconds because I love notifications.

Softwares that I love most: visual basic express 2010,visual studio professional 2012,Microsoft word, paint etc all belongs to Microsoft. One of the most attractive feature of the visual studio is the Team Explore, this one is most helpful me to meet developers around the world and become a part of their each projects. Everyone can also join my network by just follow this link aer.visualstudio.com. This one is the last experience got for me from Microsoft. I would like to share few more experience with you. How many of you heard about MVA? Yes Microsoft Virtual Academy is another great service from Microsoft. MVA is a free service and help me to improve my various skills in windows apps development, java and html, azure and so on. MVA is a virtual class room to improve technical skills.

How I’m Planning to bring change in society

Microsoft Student Associate Program brings with it, some real closer chances of people exploring the new, trending and evergreen Microsoft technologies.
By being Microsoft Student Associates I would Conduce many activities in the campus and also I will also visit to the near by colleges and will share the words with them about MS Technologies. I'll conduct the activities like Idea Sharing, Microsoft Products and its use, The Programs Offered by Microsoft is for Students as well as for Professionals too. My Ultimate aim after being Microsoft Student Associates is to bring Microsoft Enthusiast forward and motivate them to work with Microsoft. I'll also share about MSP (Microsoft Student Partners) to those who are interested in coding and who really wanted to work with Microsoft as MSP and can create apps for MS.
I would request our Department HOD to conduct smart classes with Microsoft Virtual Academy.  Apart from these i will create a page in Facebook to provide latest updates about Microsoft and it’s products. Those who are not interested in these activities, I will try to know their interest and make it more beneficial using Microsoft Products. Not only in my campus, I will do all the above mentioned stuffs to all in my surroundings.

Being a Microsoft Student Associate, I endeavor to serve the society by carrying the flambeau of knowledge forward. Knowledge comes with the sole power to be used and spread while wisdom lingers. I would keep my friends, family & batchmates updated and well aware of the Microsoft products. I would use this opportunity to bring the world of technologies to my college through various workshops and orientation programs, so that many lives could light up just as mine.
